About the role

Lead a team in developing innovative software solutions leveraging Azure technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure cloud-based applications using Azure services.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement best practices for software development, including continuous integration, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the application infrastructure.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years leading a team.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience with Azure platform and its services.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for technology and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing principles and architectures.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Skills

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or JavaScript.

  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
