Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Provide Level of Effort estimates (sizings), document risks and assumptions and complete a prototype if needed.
- Design your scrum team’s technical solutions.
- Work with the DevOps team to release your team’s products.
- Enforce industry standards and best practices for your team.
- Collaborate with our Solutions Architecture team.
Requirements
- 6 years significant, relevant, and progressive professional experience.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in leadership, including strategic planning and setting technical direction.
- Experience in .NET (framework and core), C#, Javascript, React, Postgress, SQL Server, and Microservice and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Demonstrated Design and Development Experience.
- Experience with the following: software modeling, data modeling, performance tuning, and application monitoring.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
Qualifications

Pay
The pay range for this position is $130,000 – $145,000 which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The hired applicant will be offered pay within the entire range based on the candidate’s geographic location, qualifications, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role in our Maple Grove, Minnesota office. Employees report to the office Mondays – Thursdays, with Friday being remote.
