Lead Software Engineer

About the role

This role provides technical leadership across software and infrastructure teams, building modern, responsive, intuitive front-end solutions while adhering to software engineering best practices throughout the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Build modern, responsive, intuitive front-end solutions
• Deploy and maintain applications in AWS, ensuring scalability, security, resilience, and cost-effectiveness
• Support containerized deployments using Docker and, where applicable, Kubernetes
• Engage with customers daily to refine requirements and improve application functionality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering with 9+ years of experience, or 13+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience developing and deploying applications in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, DynamoDB, or other relational/non-relational data stores
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
