About the role
Lead the modernization of an Assessment platform.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement using technologies like TypeScript, React, React Native, Flutter, and GraphQL
- Establish and champion best-in-class engineering practices
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and quality metrics
- Lead technical design discussions, perform code reviews, and provide hands-on guidance
- Contribute to platform hosting, deployment, and runtime strategies
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience, with senior-level roles
- Expert-level proficiency in modern application development including TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, React, React Native, Flutter, Swift, and Kotlin
- Strong experience designing and consuming GraphQL and REST-based APIs
- Deep understanding of database design and performance, with PostgreSQL and MongoDB experience
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and contributing to DevSecOps practices
- Strong knowledge of mobile application delivery across iOS and Android
