Lead Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Work on medium, large, and portfolio projects related to external customer and vendor integrations and internal utility applications Design integration-based services in both cloud and on-prem environments Collaborate with business product owner to define scope, objectives and deliverables Provide support and maintenance for existing systems in Customer Solutions Integrations area Provide guidance/leadership to other developers including managed-service teams What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree 7+ years of hands-on experience with Java and enterprise-grade application development 7+ years of experience designing and building solutions on AWS, including Lambda, Step Functions, and Spring Boot-based microservices 5+ years of experience with Application Performance Monitoring and observability platforms Proven experience developing and supporting external APIs and other methods of integration using AWS native services and technologies Demonstrated use of AI-assisted tools to accelerate technical research, troubleshooting, and solution design What's On Offer Hybrid work schedule (shared in-office days Tues/Wed/Thurs) Generous time off and 40 hours of volunteer time off Tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment 401k with up to 5% employer match, fitness and emotional wellness reimbursements Apply via Haystack today!
