About the role

The team operates within Wealth Management Technology, supporting the Account Lifecycle platform (AOP), used by Franklin Templeton’s High Net Worth business. The platform enables end‑to‑end onboarding lifecycles, including various types of account opening, document collection and e‑signature workflows, KYC/AML verification, and workflow orchestration across onboarding, compliance, and operations teams. Key platform integrations include DocuSign for digital document execution, LexisNexis (Instant ID / Bridger) for KYC, sanctions, and risk screening via API, rule engines (e.g., Drools) for dynamic business rule evaluation, and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Camunda or equivalent). The team works in a cross‑functional Agile model, collaborating with Front Office and Client Onboarding teams, Compliance (KYC/AML) and Risk teams, Digital platforms and client experience teams, and external vendors (KYC providers, DocuSign, workflow tools).
