  • Experience championing observability practices including monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and SLO/SLA management.
  • Experience building event-driven systems and distributed architectures using messaging and streaming technologies such as Kafka.
  • Demonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., for coding, code review, test acceleration, troubleshooting) with the ability to set team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; experience coaching engineers on safe, compliant adoption within delivery practices.
  • Strong experience in writing and maintaining comprehensive unit, functional, and integration tests.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with modern front-end technologies, e.g., React.
  • AWS Certified (e.g., Solutions Architect, Developer, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Custody, Investment Operations, or Asset Management platforms.
  • Experience integrating operational and investment data platforms through APIs, event streams, and data pipelines.
