Lead Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor (AI Experience Required) | $70K-$100K

About the role

We're seeking a highly creative, energetic, and ambitious content creator to lead social media and video production for a rapidly growing brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys being where the action is. You'll work directly with a high-profile executive, capturing real-time moments, creating engaging content, and managing social media across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Film and photograph content throughout the day, both in and outside the office
• Follow and document real-time activities, meetings, and events to create compelling social content
• Edit and publish short-form and long-form videos across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Create captions, hooks, graphics, and engaging social posts
• Use AI tools to streamline content creation, editing, ideation, and scheduling
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
• Organize and manage footage, digital assets, and content calendars

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, videography, photography, or video editing
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media content and video editing work
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar editing software
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, HeyGen, Synthesia, Midjourney, or other AI-powered content platforms
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Six days per week with one scheduled day off
• Comfortable being available outside traditional business hours when content opportunities arise
• Comfortable working in a high-output, always-moving environment

Pay

$70,000 - $100,000 annual salary, based on experience
