About the role
Lead Snowflake Software Developer for one of our clients. Location: Boston, MA (Onsite). Contract.
Responsibilities
- Lead development projects by designing solutions
- Conduct code reviews
- Mentor developers
- Gather requirements
- Ensure high-quality delivery
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on data engineering, analytics, and leading development teams
- Expertise in Snowflake and SQL, including data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, database management, and performance tuning
- Strong experience with Apache Spark and Azure, with proficiency in big data processing, analytics, and cloud-based data solutions
Preferred qualifications
- Python, Java, or Scala
- AWS or GCP
- Tableau or Power BI
- Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
