Lead Shuttle Bus Driver

Learn more at wedriveu.com. Position Summary As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of passengers along designated routes. You will play a key role in supporting our clients' mobility needs while ensuring a high standard of safety, reliability, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Lead active drivers on the fieldPrepare drivers for daily routesResponsible for overseeing driver training classesDrop off/pick up vehicles from the shopOperate assigned vehicle safely and in accordance with traffic laws and company policies. Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections and report any issues promptly. Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance. Communicate professionally with passengers, dispatchers, and managers. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers and answering questions about routes and schedules. Report maintenance issues, route disruptions, and accidents via two-way radio or hands-free communication tools. Maintain accurate electronic logs and incident reports. Support ADA passengers with boarding and unloading as needed (up to 45 lbs). Additional duties as assigned.
