Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping, logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations to ensure the accurate and timely movement of materials.
- Prepare shipping documentation and maintain inventory and shipment transactions in QAD while supporting operational, quality, and safety objectives.
- Maintain shipping and inventory records, customer and carrier portals, and ensure compliance with DOT, GMP, and company requirements.
- Lead daily warehouse activities, including material handling, loading/unloading, storage, labeling, inventory control, and workplace organization.
- Support process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and support to warehouse and shipping personnel while helping coordinate priorities and workflow.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement through collaboration and effective communication.
- Maintain operational, shipping, inventory, and compliance records and reports.
- Communicate with internal teams, customers, carriers, vendors, and management regarding operational needs and shipment status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Forklift certification required; company-sponsored certification training available for qualified candidates.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics, including inventory and shipping-related calculations.
- Working knowledge of GMP, quality, environmental, and workplace safety standards.
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry, record maintenance, and report generation.

Education / Training
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in chemical warehouse and/or manufacturing environment of cosmetics/personal care products.
