Lead ServiceNow Developer

Job Description

Jade is looking for resources (8-12 years of exp): Who has a strong understanding of ServiceNow products. Who will be Developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications. Who will be an active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes.

Technical Abilities And Responsibilities

• Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript/ BootStrap / Angular
• Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
• Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow
• Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production
• Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows
• Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices
• Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems
• Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
• Has experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform
