Join our team as a Lead Service Technician in Summit County, CO! Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in keeping communities safe, functional, and looking their best? We're seeking a full-time Lead Service Technician for one of our affordable housing communities in Summit County, CO.
Responsibilities
- Organize, schedule, and oversee the maintenance workflow for the community.
- Work within established budgets and assist with managing vendor relationships and bidding processes.
- Respond to work orders and perform corrective maintenance with professionalism and resident focus.
- Oversee make-ready apartment turns including painting, basic repairs, and cleaning tasks.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance and property inspections.
- Participate in the on-call emergency maintenance rotation as assigned.
- Support a safe, clean, and attractive community environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience required, lead experience is a plus!
- Strong mechanical aptitude and effective communication skills.
- Able to read and complete work orders and service requests.
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, and appliance repair.
- Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.
- HVAC EPA Type ll or Universal certification preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay between $28-$31/hour based on experience.

What You Bring
