Lead Service Technician
Position Responsibilities
- Train service technicians
- Provide on-site technical support
- Calibrate equipment
- Troubleshoot cold drink equipment issues
- Provide technical advice to customers, business partners, and service technicians
- Communicate discrepancies regarding open Purchase Orders and Disputed Invoice Tracking System to maintain an accurate parts inventory
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
