Lead Service Sales Engineer

About the role

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Lead Service Sales Engineer in Houston, TX, Albuquerque NM, Austin TX, Baton Rouge LA, Dallas TX, El Paso TX, San Antonio TX, Tulsa OK, or Little Rock, AR.

Responsibilities

• Sell Eaton’s Engineering Services project offering to customers in the western region.
• Develop and own direct opportunities and partner with vertical sales teams to lead the quote-to-cash process for these long term, high dollar multi-year opportunities.
• Develop customer relationships within key customers’ organizations.
• Prepare and present quotations to customers.
• Lead quote-to-cash process for turnkey project opportunities, including opportunity vetting, site walk, scope alignment, proposal delivery and opportunity closure.
• Be a subject matter expert on Eaton’s product and service offerings, specifically turnkey project services, and train other team members on the offering.
• Act as the voice of the customer to Eaton’s product lines, ensuring high customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum Five (5) years of electrical sales, field service or electrical industry experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid & unrestricted driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Previous electrical (or relevant) sales experience.
• Previous services experience.
