Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
Present customers with clear repair options using flat-rate pricing.
Perform thorough plumbing inspections to identify additional safety or maintenance concerns.
Deliver exceptional customer service from arrival to job completion.
Generate consistent revenue through honest recommendations and quality workmanship.
Maintain accurate job documentation, including photos, notes, and completed invoices.
Keep your truck, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for success.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management throughout the day.
Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls when scheduled.
Represent the 1-Tom-Plumber brand with professionalism and integrity.

Minimum 5 years of residential service plumbing experience (commercial service experience is a plus).
Proven ability to consistently produce $40,000-$70,000+ in monthly service revenue.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with drain cleaning, leak detection, water heaters, sewer repairs, gas lines, fixture replacements, and general plumbing repairs.
Comfortable presenting repair options and closing your own work.
Experience using flat-rate pricing.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
