Lead Service Associate, M-F 8:00 am -4:30 pm

Job Description

Lead Service Associates provide package handling, inventory control, and shipping services to customers in various industries such as retail, technology, aerospace, and more. They deliver speed, consistency, flexibility, and visibility to clients through a customer-first approach. Their responsibilities include coordinating with supervisors on all warehouse activities and performance, utilizing various Material Handling Equipment (MHE) like pallet movers, stand-up forklifts, high-lift reach trucks, and order pickers up to 28 feet, and performing tasks using defined job processes with high accuracy.

• Lift up to 70 lbs
• Utilize radio frequency (RF) scanners for electronic warehouse activities
• Perform all warehouse activities including outbound process, inbound process, and inventory control
• Ensure transaction accuracy and adhere to safety and quality compliance

Qualifications

Schedule

The schedule for this position is typically full-time, with permanent employment status at UPS.

Pay

The base pay for this position ranges from $23.45/hr to $38.10/hr, based on several factors including market location and individual performance. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to eligibility requirements.
