Responsibilities
- Lead and support dining room staff while providing exceptional service to residents and guests.
- Train new servers on dining procedures, American Table Service, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Take resident orders accurately and ensure timely meal service while communicating effectively with kitchen staff.
- Assist with dining room set-up, table maintenance, catering functions, and cleanliness of work areas.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented environment and maintain professional relationships with residents and coworkers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a food service setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Knowledge of American Table Service and sanitation practices.
- Basic computer skills.
