About the role
SentiLink is building high-performing teams to tackle some of the most complex problems in identity, risk, and fraud. We are looking for a Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Data Science, while remaining flexible to support business and go-to-market hiring as company priorities evolve. This is a highly collaborative role for a recruiter who brings strong talent-market expertise, sound judgment, and a willingness to operate as a fungible recruiting partner across the organization. You will partner closely with leadership on complex and high-impact searches, including leadership roles, and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This is a remote, U.S.-based position, with preference for candidates based in Austin who can work regularly from one of our office locations.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and GTM functions, from individual contributor through leadership level roles
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on role definition, leveling, talent-market strategy, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions
- Lead sourcing strategies and build high-quality pipelines for specialized and competitive talent markets
- Manage complex and high-priority searches, proactively identifying risks and driving alignment across stakeholders
- Use a data-driven approach to recruiting strategy, leveraging funnel metrics to prioritize work, improve conversion rates, and drive hiring outcomes
- Deliver structured, consistent, and high-quality interview and candidate experiences
- Maintain strong operational rigor across the ATS and recruiting workflows
- Improve recruiting processes, tools, and practices to increase efficiency, consistency, and scale
- Provide informal team leadership through mentorship, calibration, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant technical recruiting experience in a technology company or high-growth startup
- Experience recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, and/or Product, as well as business or GTM functions
- Demonstrated success recruiting both technical individual contributors and people leaders, including Manager- and Director-level candidates
- Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders through market insight, sound judgment, and clear communication
- Strong sourcing, pipeline development, candidate assessment, and closing skills
- Data-driven approach to recruiting, including experience using funnel metrics to improve hiring outcomes
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading other recruiters or sourcers
- Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and operational discipline; experience with Ashby is preferred
- Commitment to inclusive hiring practices, confidentiality, and values-aligned teams
- Willingness to travel approximately six times per year for company meetups, off-sites, and relevant events
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the country
- Preference for candidates based in Austin and willing to work regularly from the office
Pay
$160,000-$200,000/year + equity + benefits
