About the role
The Lead Security Officer supports a multi-business, highly professional office building in downtown Portland. Duties include supporting clientele during concierge hours, directing guests during business hours, and after-hours duties such as securing the building and conducting foot patrols.
Responsibilities
- Support clientele during concierge hours
- Direct guests during business hours
- Conduct foot patrols and secure the building after hours
- Monitor the premises and enforce regulations and directives
- Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers
Requirements
- Professional demeanor
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures

- Frequent interaction with clients and their employees
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous security experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to perform security duties
