Lead Security Analyst

Location: Albany, New York • Duration: 24 months • 100% onsite

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• 84 months of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3–5 years in a management or leadership role.
• 84 months of experience securing IT and OT environments, including IT/OT convergence challenges and solutions specifically in Transportation Systems Management and Operations.
• 72 months of experience developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures in IT and OT environments within Transportation Systems Management and Operations.
• 60 months of experience with risk assessment methodologies and frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF, ISO 27001).
• 60 months of experience with incident response, threat hunting, and digital forensics.
• 60 months of experience with vulnerability management tools and processes.
• 60 months of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and producing written and verbal communication that articulates security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must hold at least one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or GCSPR.
• Copy of candidate identification (e.g., driver’s license, green card, visa, passport) and any referenced documents (e.g., professional certifications, degrees).

Responsibilities

• Monitor networks for security breaches and investigate violations when they occur.
• Help design, implement, and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity plan.
