Lead, SDLC Security Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead the security engineering team focused on SDLC tooling and automation
• Define team priorities and execution plans in alignment with engineering objectives
• Implement and improve SDLC security tooling like scanning and secrets management
• Manage workflows for vulnerability management and secure release criteria
• Incorporate security automation into development pipelines for easier adoption
• Cook up threat modeling and security requirements in software workflows
• Drive the adoption of security standards and processes across teams

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience in projects or teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong background in application and cloud security
• Hands-on experience with secure SDLC tooling
• Familiarity with CI/CD security integration
• Experience in threat modeling and vulnerability management
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
