Responsibilities The Scheduler Lead enables a world-class patient experience as a subject matter expert supporting and coaching Contact Center Schedulers. Manages incoming time-sensitive questions from Schedulers via chat and in-person to ensure accuracy of transactions and quality of service for patients. Coaches individual Schedulers on policies, procedures, customer service, and tool navigation to increase Quality Assurance (QA) scores and patient experience. Effectively owns escalated patient situations and drives to resolution. Acts as backup to the Scheduler role as the need arises. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 2 years of directly related experience. Ability to type and enter data efficiently and accurately. Ability to work independently. Ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of office procedures. Knowledge of insurance plans. Skilled in a variety of software applications Preferred Job Requirements: Associate degree in a related field of study. Medical Office Experience.
