About the role
The Lead Scheduler is responsible for managing and optimizing the scheduling process to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize scheduling processes to meet operational needs and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules with business goals and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations regarding scheduling practices.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with team members and customers to address scheduling-related issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in scheduling or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing large-scale scheduling systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
