Lead Sales Consultant
About the role
LaserAway is the nation’s leader in aesthetic dermatology, operating over 200 locations nationwide. This role is ideal for sales professionals with a proven track record in consultative selling who are eager to take on leadership responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and mentor a team of high-performing consultants
- Deliver expert in-person consultations and coach Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs)
- Set clinic goals and optimize sales strategies with the Location Director
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Oversee front desk operations and ensure an elevated clinic environment
- Support behind-the-scenes operations to enhance client experiences
Requirements
4+ years of experience in consultative or luxury sales, with a strong track record of exceeding goals. Strong leadership and coaching skills, along with a passion for aesthetics, customer experience, and personal development, are essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment are also required.
Qualifications
Must be available to work weekends and evenings.

Competitive compensation package including a $25/hour base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
