Responsibilities
- Selling and cultivating a strong clientele base
- Mastery and proficient execution of our B2B sales process tailored for premium supplemental insurance products
- Relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement
- Assuming additional responsibilities, including training and mentorship of incoming team members
Qualifications
- Proactive and eager to take charge
- Demonstrates discipline and determination
- Handles objections and closes sales with confidence
- Committed to working 40-45 hours per week
- History of exemplary performance
- Enthusiastic about mentoring and educating peers
- Thrives on the challenges of sales
Additional Qualifications
- Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
- Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience

Pay
- Annual Salary: $120,000.00
- Base Salary: $95,000.00
