Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional to join our team in Cody, WY. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a resolute aspiration for leadership and possess the skills to master and execute our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Selling and cultivating a strong clientele base
- Mastery and proficient execution of our B2B sales process
- Relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement
- Assuming additional responsibilities such as training and mentorship of incoming team members
Qualifications
- Proactive and eager to take charge
- Demonstrates discipline and determination
- Handles objections and closes sales with confidence
- Committed to working 40-45 hours per week
- History of exemplary performance
- Enthusiastic about mentoring and educating peers
- Thrives on the challenges of sales
Additional Qualifications
- Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
- Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)

About the Role
