About the role
We are seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional who embodies a strong leadership spirit. The ideal candidate will lead by example and master our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Selling and cultivating a strong clientele base
- Mastery and execution of our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products
- Relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement
- Assuming additional responsibilities such as training and mentorship of incoming team members
Requirements
- Proactive, self-assured, and committed to dedicating 40-45 hours weekly
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and close sales
- History of exemplary performance and enthusiasm for mentoring and education
Qualifications
- Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
- Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
