About the role

We are seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional who embodies a strong leadership spirit. The ideal candidate will lead the sales process for premium supplemental insurance products, focusing on relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Mastery and proficiency in our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products
  • Mastering our sales framework to prepare for additional responsibilities
  • Assuming responsibilities such as training and mentorship of incoming team members

Requirements

  • Proactive, self-assured, and committed to independent work
  • Demonstrated ability to handle objections and close sales
  • Willingness to dedicate 40-45 hours weekly to this role
  • History of exemplary performance and enthusiasm for mentoring and education
  • Engaged in the challenges of sales and eager to lead by example

Qualifications

  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
  • Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
