About the role
We are seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional who embodies a strong leadership spirit. The ideal candidate will master and execute our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products, focusing on relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Mastery and execution of our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products
- Mastering our sales framework to prepare for additional responsibilities
- Assuming responsibilities such as training and mentorship of incoming team members
Qualifications
- Proactive and eager to take charge
- Demonstrates discipline and determination in independent work
- Handles objections and closes sales with confidence
- Committed to 40-45 hours weekly
- History of exemplary performance
- Enthusiastic about mentoring and education
- Thrives on the challenges of sales
Additional Qualifications
- Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
- Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience
- Candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered
Pay
Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle-3 business days), monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions
