Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional to join our team in Lone Tree, CO. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a resolute aspiration for leadership and possess the ability to master and execute our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Selling and cultivating a strong clientele base
• Mastery and proficiency in our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products
• Relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement
• Assuming additional responsibilities, including training and mentorship of incoming team members

Additional Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
• Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
