Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional to lead our team in selling and cultivating a strong clientele base for premium supplemental insurance products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a resolute aspiration for leadership and exhibit discipline and determination.
Responsibilities
- Selling and cultivating a strong clientele base
- Mastery and proficient execution of our B2B sales process tailored for premium supplemental insurance products
- Relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement
- Assuming additional responsibilities, including the training and mentorship of incoming team members
Qualifications
- Proactive and eager to take charge
- Disciplined and determined, with a penchant for independent work
- Proficient in handling objections and closing sales, unfazed by setbacks
- Commitment to dedicating 40-45 hours weekly to this role
- History of exemplary performance
- Enthusiasm for mentoring, educating, and motivating peers
- Thrives on the challenges of sales and is fully engaged in the field
Additional Qualifications
- Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
- Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
