About the role
We are seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional with a resolute aspiration for leadership. The role involves selling and cultivating a strong clientele base, mastering and executing our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products, and subsequently training and mentoring incoming team members.
Responsibilities
- Sell and cultivate a strong clientele base for premium supplemental insurance products
- Master and proficiently execute the B2B sales process, including relationship‑building, cold calling, and client engagement
- Train and mentor incoming team members as required
Requirements
- Resolute, self‑assured, and proactive
- Exhibit discipline and determination; comfortable working independently
- Proficient in handling objections and closing sales, unfazed by setbacks
- Committed to dedicating 40‑45 hours weekly to the role
- Demonstrated history of exemplary performance
- Enthusiastic about mentoring, educating, and motivating peers
- Thrives on sales challenges and is fully engaged in the field
Qualifications
- Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain – study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursed)
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of professional experience and relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
