About the role
We are seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional who embodies a strong leadership spirit. The ideal candidate will master and execute our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products, focusing on relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement. As they gain proficiency, they will have the opportunity to assume additional responsibilities such as training and mentoring new team members.

Qualifications
- Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
- Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
