About the role
We are seeking a seasoned and assertive sales professional who embodies a leadership spirit. The role involves selling and building a robust client base, aligning with our commitment to leading by example.
Responsibilities
- Mastery and execution of our B2B sales process for premium supplemental insurance products
- Relationship-building, cold calling, and client engagement
- Assuming additional responsibilities such as training and mentoring new team members
Requirements
- Proactive and self-assured
- Demonstrates discipline and determination in independent work
- Handles objections and closes sales with composure
- Willing to dedicate 40-45 hours per week
- History of exemplary performance
- Enthusiastic about mentoring and education
- Thrives on the challenges of sales
Qualifications
- Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursable)
- Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of professional work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
