Lead Sales Associate Part Time - TOMMY HILFIGER

About the role

The Lead Associate's primary function is to sell and promote Tommy Hilfiger merchandise through execution of the TH Customer Service Standards. The role involves cash responsibilities and performing various operational activities as assigned by Store Management.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provides TH Customer Service to company standard.
• Keep merchandise filled to appropriate levels on sales floor.
• Ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained.
• Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures.
• Demonstrates awareness of store sales plans and results.
• Demonstrates awareness of individual contribution to business results.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures.
• Manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Communicate concerns to management.
• Absorb and implement changes to schedules, adapt to the needs of the position, undertake night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Pay

• Pay Range: $18.90-$23.15 PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements.
