Lead Sales Associate - Part-Time
About the role
The Lead Associate's primary function is to sell and promote Tommy Hilfiger merchandise through execution of the TH Customer Service Standards. The role involves cash responsibilities and performing various operational activities as assigned by Store Management.
Responsibilities
- Generate maximum sales potential in accordance with the TH Customer Service standards.
- Build a repeat customer base through excellent data capturing and service.
- Maintain strong knowledge regarding product, promotions, and special events to communicate effectively to customers.
- Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members in a fair and consistent manner.
- Acknowledge every customer within the zone; treat customers with priority over assigned tasks.
- Manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Communicate concerns to management.
- Assist in developing Sales Associates.
- Create energy and excitement around shared goals and values and act with integrity.
- Support all company / management decisions.
- Adapt to the needs of the position, undertake night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
The Lead Associate must be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management. They must demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, maintain a professional image and conduct, and adhere to all operational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. Must be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
