Lead Sales Associate - Full Time

Role Overview: Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack shipments following store procedures.Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and build displays; restock returned and recovered items.Assist with plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.Help customers locate merchandise and provide exceptional customer service.Operate cash registers, process transactions, collect payments, and bag items.Maintain cleanliness of the store, including floors, restrooms, and stockrooms.Set up sidewalk displays and ensure a clean, organized, and secure shopping environment.Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, bank deposits, and register management.Monitor security and cash control practices, including overseeing cash levels and camera surveillance.Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and timely. Qualifications & Skills Ability to lead in the absence of management, including authorizing refunds and overrides.Strong customer service skills and teamwork orientation.Attention to detail in stocking, cleanliness, and cash handling.Basic knowledge of operating cash registers and security practices.Physical ability to unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
