Lead Sales Associate - Full Time

Role Overview: Serve as a Cashier and Stocker, with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist in maintaining plan-o-grams, organizing merchandise, and ensuring store presentation. Key Responsibilities Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack shipments following store procedures.Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and build displays; restock returned items.Assist with ordering and plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in locating merchandise.Maintain cleanliness by bailing cardboard, taking out trash, dusting, mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms and stockrooms.Operate cash register, process transactions, collect payments, and bag items.Greet customers, set up displays, and ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment. Leadership & Security Duties In absence of managers, authorize refunds, sign overrides, count registers, and make bank deposits.Monitor cash levels, cash control, and security practices, including key control and camera surveillance.Assist with cashier accountability and adherence to security policies.Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and timely. Qualifications & Skills: Excellent customer service, organizational skills, ability to operate cash register, and basic store maintenance knowledge. Ability to lead in managerial absence and follow company policies.
