Lead Sales Associate
About the role
The Lead Associate Reports to Store Management. The Lead Associate's primary function is to sell and promote Tommy Hilfiger merchandise through execution of the TH Customer Service Standards. The role involves cash responsibilities and performing various operational activities as assigned by Store Management.
Summary
The Lead Associate generates maximum sales potential in accordance with the TH Customer Service standards, builds a repeat customer base through excellent data capturing and service, and maintains strong knowledge regarding product, promotions, and special events to communicate effectively to customers. They must demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and results, contribute to business results, follow all operational policies and procedures, manage time and prioritize tasks, and communicate concerns to management.
Responsibilities
- Consistently provides TH Customer Service to company standard.
- Keeps merchandise filled to appropriate levels on sales floor.
- Safeguards the store against shortages through proper loss prevention procedures.
- Demonstrates awareness of store sales plans and results.
- Demonstrates awareness of individual contribution to business results.
- Follows all operational policies and procedures.
- Manages time and prioritizes tasks.
- Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Attends Take 5 meetings and participates in staff meetings, as required.
