- Create a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions, answering phones, and assisting with questions or concerns
- Strengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement
- Manage a team of sales associates and practitioners to goals, development, and operational excellence
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Managerial experience in retail or health and wellness
- Comprehensive training provided
