Duties
- Maintain and reinforce the positive sales culture of Stretch Zone.
- Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
- Lead and coach your Sales Associates and hold them accountable for all daily operations and monthly goals.
- Drive member retention by following the daily operation guides, great customer service, and consistent follow-ups.
- Lead by example by going above and beyond what is asked of you and supporting and guiding your team daily.
- Track KPIs so you understand how your studio is performing and assist the Regional Manager in understanding and tracking all key sales metrics.
- Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your and your Sales Associate’s sales skills.
- Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by supporting team goals and building positive and professional relationships with all members and team members.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience and management experience.
- Driven and competitive, holding your staff accountable to exceed all sales goals.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
- Goal setter, responsible for assisting the Regional Manager in setting and attaining all goals.
- Ability to track studio performance and run all reports with a deep understanding of the driving factors affecting your studio.
- Customer service master who can connect with everyone and make them feel valued and supported.
- Great team player, able to support the needs of your staff while communicating daily with the Regional Manager and Franchisee.
Skills
- Knowledge of the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM).
- Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF.
- Licence in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
