Lead, Safety and Compliance Strategy (Remote USA)

About the role

This role will drive strategic priorities, executive-level problem solving, and cross-functional execution on initiatives that matter most to the business. You will partner with senior leaders and teams across the organization to clarify priorities, coordinate complex work, and turn strategic decisions into measurable action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen operating cadence, decision quality, and enterprise execution within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales development by sharing best practices and targeting key prospects
• Guide product development to align with growth strategies in prioritized verticals
• Collaborate with sales teams on safety best practices and client inquiries
• Customize the company’s program for client onboarding to enhance efficiency
• Develop client communication tools and training for system users
• Engage in brand awareness efforts through speaking engagements and writing
• Advocate for regulatory matters by representing the company in key associations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the fleet safety industry
• 5+ years with telematics technology for safety or fleet management
• Experience in transportation segments like Waste, Oil/Gas, and Trucking
• Proven track record in developing risk and safety programs
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and FMCSR regulations
• Expertise in safety program monitoring and reporting
• Strong consultative and coaching skills

Pay

$135,000 – $170,000 annually
