Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for over 25,000 patients yearly
• Work within a 427-bed facility
• Support a Level 2 Trauma Center
• Manage 32 adult ICU beds and 12 adult CICU beds
• Provide care in a Level 3 Neonatal ICU (NICU-RRTs)
• Deliver pediatric care
• Follow RT procedure and protocols driven approach

Qualifications

• 2 years clinical experience in Respiratory Therapy (if limited NICU experience, able to ramp up basic skill set—i.e., delivery support, blood gases, equipment setup—within a defined timeframe)
• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences
• Previous working experience or clinical rotations
• Great communication skills
• New grads are welcome
• Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
• Licensed by the State of Georgia
• Current certifications in BCLS and ACLS
