Lead Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service

We are looking for a fantastic Lead Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service to our clients while helping drive studio growth. This person will follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Massage Wellness Program, build customer loyalty, and support membership retention. The Lead WMA will be responsible for lead management, outreach, and conversion, serving as a key membership sales driver for the studio. This role will also support team development, team building, and the training and coaching of new front desk hires in membership sales, lead conversion, and member retention. We are looking for a team player who leads by example, brings positive energy to the workplace, and is interested in growing with the company long term.
