About the role
Retail Office Assistants support sales associates, customers, and store management, process payments and finance applications, answer delivery questions, assist with customer care responsibilities, answer phones, and perform other office duties.
Responsibilities
- Support sales associates, customers, and store management
- Process payments and finance applications
- Answer delivery questions
- Aid in customer care responsibilities

- Perform other office duties as assigned
Requirements
- Three to six months of relevant experience preferred
- Courteous and patient with strong customer service orientation
- Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding
- Effective communication, both written and verbal
- Open to applicants with or without a high school diploma/GEDA
Qualifications
- A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
- A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
