About the Role
Clearwave Fiber is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Team Lead to support our Residential Sales Specialist (door-to-door) team. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales activities, ideal for those who thrive both in the field and behind the scenes.
As a Team Lead, you will support our Residential Sales Executive Supervisor. Approximately 75% of your time will focus on individual sales efforts, with the remaining 25% dedicated to training, development, and coaching of the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass personal sales goals through direct field sales efforts.
- Assist the supervisor in training, coaching, and developing a team of Residential Sales Executives.
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional sales techniques and customer service.
- Contribute to performance reports and metrics for sales leadership.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new sales talent.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster professional growth.
- Assist with employee relations, including performance reviews and improvement plans.
- Perform additional duties as requested by market leadership.
Expect to spend 75% of your time on direct sales activities and 25% on strategic and administrative support.
Requirements
- Experience in direct sales, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
- Skills in performance management and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration abilities.
