Lead Reporting Analyst - Member Retention and Satisfaction
Essential Responsibilities
- Generate reports through mainframe and/or PC applications utilizing established applications/programs or developing new applications/programs.
- Develop custom files/reports in mainframe and PC formats and/or applications.
- Develop work plans to meet deadlines, accurately estimate completion dates and communicate status.
- Resolve technical problems related to automated systems, perform analysis, develop and implement test plans and implement solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum High school diploma or GED is required for all levels.
- 7 - 10 years of related progress experience in the area of specialization including experience in leading projects of varying size and complexity.
- Preferred Experience with end-user reporting tools.
- PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, Quantitative Business Analysis or related field.
- PREFERRED: Experience with SAS, Excel, Tableau, Power BI and databases.
- PREFERRED: Healthcare experience is a plus.
- Experience analyzing enrollment and disenrollment data, CMS data sets, layering with call center and marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and engagement strategies.
- Experience segmenting member populations by demographics, geography, or other traits.
- Experience in a role focused on improving member experience or retention is a plus as well.
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of analyzing enrollment and disenrollment data, CMS data sets, layering with call center and marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and engagement strategies.
- Experience segmenting member populations by demographics, geography, or other traits.
- Experience in a role focused on improving member experience or retention is a plus as well.
