Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Ph.D. in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology from an accredited program
• Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License, OR Oregon Occupational Therapist License, OR Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License, OR Oregon Speech Language Pathologist Permit
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position. Fingerprinting may be required (PL 540 and 580 only)
• 2 years experience working as a therapist (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiologist)

• Upon hire: Membership in the national, state, or local professional association
• Supervisory experience/Experience with management responsibilities

Pay

$49.50 – $78.16 per hour. Placement on the wage range is determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
