About the Role
The Lead Rehabilitation Therapist spends up to 20% of time in administrative duties to support clinic daily operations, with the remaining 80% (or more) dedicated to providing direct patient care therapy for the service area. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Ph.D. in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiology from an accredited program
- Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License, OR Oregon Occupational Therapist License, OR Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License, OR Oregon Speech Language Pathologist Permit
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position. Fingerprinting may be required (PL 540 and 580 only)
- 2 years experience working as a therapist (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist or Audiologist)

- Upon hire: Membership in the national, state, or local professional association
- Supervisory experience/Experience with management responsibilities

Pay
