Lead Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Duties

• Completes shift assignments for the coordinating shift and collaborates with House Supervisor / Leadership throughout the shift when staffing changes arise.
• Sets nursing students to appropriate caregivers for the oncoming shift.
• Collaborates with care management team for the unit for throughput and plan of care for each patient and collaborates with assigned caregivers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Degree from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
• Licensed in State of Missouri or Kansas, depending upon designated work location.
• If operating a motor vehicle for business purposes, must have a valid driver’s license.
• BLS certification required within 90 days from start date.
• One year of RN experience is required.

Pay

Pay: $33.60 - $53.76 / hour
